We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our insurance agency team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our existing customers, addressing their inquiries, and assisting with policy management. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for sales to both existing and new customers, promoting our insurance products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist customers in managing their insurance policies, including renewals, changes, and claims.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products to enhance coverage.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
