Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Educate customers on various life insurance products, coverage options, and benefits.
- Provide accurate and timely quotes for life insurance policies based on customer needs.
- Assist customers with policy renewals, changes, and claims processing.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
